The Bosch Rotak 37 Ergoflex is an electric corded lawnmower that is suitable for lawns up to 400 square metres. Being corded, care is needed to ensure safety but should the worst happen and you roll over the cord, the unit will immediately shut off. This makes it perfect for domestic use and features an electric start so is simple to use. Despite being corded it still features a very powerful 1400w Powerdrive + motor which guarantees you will get a really clean cut even on damp grass.
Bosch are perhaps best known for tough power tools, but this should only evidence the quality and durability of this machine. In order to get the best cut there are six adjustable blade heights, adjusting from 2-7cms, and the adjustment is made from a single lever on the front of the mower. The blade is a very tough hardened steel blade and combined with the clever grass cutting combs that pull the grass into the correct direction you can be assured of a perfect cut every time.This means you can get right to the edges and not miss them, giving no need for a follow up with other tools to finish the job. On the rear of the mower is a roller which enables you to compete with the professionals and create a perfectly striped lawn as you cut.
The mower has an integral removable grass box that has a large capacity of 40 litres which reduces the amount of trips to the compost heap or bin you will need to make. The grass collection box is rigid making it more durable than some of the mesh counterparts. This mower boasts an Optimised Airflow System, which means that as the grass is cut it is forced backwards and off the ground into the collection box for a 99% collection rate.
This mower features an ergonomically contoured handle which is height adjustable allowing a good posture and no 
strain on the back whilst mowing. This has been shown to reduce muscle strains and makes it great for the taller or shorter user. The handle has been designed to reduce the effort on the arms as well which all adds to comfort.
Assembling the mower is simple, using their quick click functionality and there is a handy carrying handle for moving the mower in and out of storage. The mower is nice and light to manoeuvre coming in at about 14kg, meaning you can lift it with ease should you need to, or take advantage of the wheels for transportation from shed to lawn. When in use the unit does not feel heavy or clumsy, but offers a good movement enabling you to get the whole lawn covered.
Confident of their product, Bosch offer a generous 2 year warranty as standard and there are options to extend this should you feel the need. Overall this is a really neat corded lawn mower that would be an asset to any well maintained garden.
